Realise Your Ambition

5 months to reclaim yourself and move towards work that reflects who you are

You’re a capable, driven leader who has built success by becoming what was needed.

You’re trusted, relied upon and valued.

Yet somewhere along the way, your own direction became less clear.

Your focus on delivering has shaped your success. It has also taken you further from work that reflects who you are.

You no longer want to keep living in conflict with yourself.

You want your ambition to feel like your own again. Focused, personal and intentional.

This is the space where that work begins.

Lindsay Perera

I know this pattern: working hard to prove you belong; keeping going, even when something feels off.

I had to question where I was adapting to fit and how I had lost sight of myself. As I understood what drives me, the environments where I do my best work, and the way I naturally work best, I realised coaching reflected my strengths and who I am.

That understanding helped me make choices that felt right, instead of continuing to push myself into work that didn’t fit.

I created Realise Your Ambition, a 5-month coaching experience for ambitious women who are ready to understand themselves deeply and and move towards work that reflects who they are.

This shift is not about doing more for others. It begins with understanding who you are, trusting yourself, and making choices that reflect that.

The 4-part structure to understand yourself and Realise your Ambition:
